Aqua Marine Etiquette

To ensure all guests enjoy our peaceful surroundings, we ask noise be kept to a minimum including turning mobile phones to silent. To get the most out of your appointment please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can relax, failure to do so may shorten your treatment time and will incur full payment.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

We require credit card details to secure all appointments of one hour or more and a deposit for group bookings.
We kindly ask a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment, failure to do so will
incur a 50% charge. All treatment times are approximate and subject to individual’s needs.
